Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

There are generally three time periods in regards to tense in the English language: past, present, and future. They each have four aspects. In regards to present tense, I learned the form and usage for various verbs. In addition, I also learned what students usually struggle with while using various aspects of present tense. Finally, I learned a multitude of activities to teach present tense in the activate stage of ESA lessons.I was taught grammar, parts of speech, and sentence structure many years ago in grade school and elementary school. Unit 2, Parts of Speech, was a great lesson of the grammar I use daily and take for granted. This section was a great lesson and also shows me how difficult it may be for a non-native english speaker to grasp grammar. I reviewed this section many times and I am sure I will review this section again in the future.
