Unit6 was the final Unit which focused on Professional development, It considered some of the cultural issues TEFL teacher should be aware of when teaching in a different region of the world. It looked into the best ways to seek and apply for employment, as well as the possible way to keep the job, there was also some information on how to prepare a perfect resume and much more.In this unit I learnt about teaching pronunciation and phonology. Skilled pronunciation reflects feelings and personal reactions to different situations. Phonology is the study, science, analysis and classification of the physical properties of sounds. In this unit I learnt about the use of intonation, stress, rhythm, articulation and the phonetic alphabet as areas of phonology.
