The Correct Order of Adjectives in English - ✔️ ✔️ ✔️ ITTT

Register now & get certified to teach english abroad!   When you use more than one adjective, you have to put them in the right order or it will sound very strange. Do you say, "I want a big black cat" or "I want a black big cat?" Let's take a look at infographic below.   So, do you say, "I want a big black cat" or "I want a black big cat?" The first one is correct. Why? If "big" is size and "black" is color, then it should come first because size is number (2) and color is number (5) on the infographic above. You can use this chart for all orders of adjectives. A quick and easy way is to always place the adjective that is easy to change first. My Vietnamese Experience: Challenges for English Learners in Vietnam - TEFL Blog

Elizaveta Pachina Teaching Ideas I have traveled throughout Asia for some forty-five years, Vietnam is now my home. I always found the younger generations had a thirst for knowledge, particularly English as a second language. The difficulties of acquiring the knowledge under what was a repressive regime have diminished somewhat, but the major stumbling blocks to acquiring good English are the lack of experienced Vietnamese teachers, interaction with English natural speakers, and knowledge of the outside world in general. The Importance of English Elementary levels tend to be more difficult to teach, as they usually consider the class as a social event, more of a relief from a state school. Intermediate levels tend to be more studious but have difficulty with interaction. Do you want to...  [Read more]

My Amazing Personal Teaching Experience - TEFL Blog

Jon ITTT Alumni Experiences My teaching experience started back in 1988 where I was working for a company called Bryco Windows. They are a UPVC window and door manufacturer where my position was Sales Trainer. My job was to teach new staff and train them to understand the sales process and how to close the sale. This was a hard job to do as a salesman as the sales people got a lot of knock backs (no sale). Part of my job as sales trainer was to keep them motivated. Sometimes this got very hard with some sales people and many people left. The employee turnover was very high as not many people actually could master it. I worked there for four years in this position and met some really good people who did very well. Teaching English in Egypt From Egypt to Russia Vietnam via Cambodia Are...  [Read more]

Their maturity was striking and yet, at the end of the day, they are still growing boys. They would get rowdy at times and often pulled pranks on each other.
