World-Wide English
I am not a native English speaker yet I have learned English since childhood as I was born and raised in India, where English is the second language. In India, most of the early schools, high schools, colleges, universities use English as the medium of instruction. So I was fortunate (i have only realized its good fortune to have learned and spoken English for so many years now) to have acquired proficiency in written and spoken English mostly inspired by British English as India was ruled for many many years by the British. Our love for English is old and solid - demonstrated by the fact that India now has the largest English speaking population in the world. Wow!! purely because we are a vast population and... How Reading Nourishes the World
One of the most valuable human attributes is imagination. An active and healthy imagination can be inspired by many things. One of the most significant inspirations behind a lively imagination is reading. Alternatively, an image can contribute to valuable characteristics, such as bravery, dignity, and leadership. Reading can introduce people to comprehension, vocabulary, new places, languages, cultures, ideas, perspectives, information, words, and sentences. Speaking and reading are great ways to learn new words of another language, as well as learn how to structure those new words in a sentence.

English as a World Language
English is considered a universal language, mainly because it is widely spoken all over the world. English was originally the language of England. Its expansion became imperative due to the dominance in world trade, religion, technology, tourism, education and so on. UK expansion and incursion of the USA as the first world power saw the migration of the English language all over the world. About 70 countries adopt the English language as their official language and statistics have it that the English language is one of the easiest languages to learn when compared with other languages like Chinese, French, German or Spanish.

A Key to The World
Anyone and everyone should complete a TEFL course because it turns the English language into a key that opens up the rest of the world. Generally speaking, language can be a barrier between different peoples and countries. However, if you travel with a special intent to share your language, then those barriers have the potential to turn into bridges to new friends and new places that could be called home. Completing a TEFL course provides the necessary training for English to be shared around the world.
