Why TEFL Teachers Have to Pay Attention to Classroom Management
Classroom management is the skill of organizing and managing a class to ensure that students can learn effectively. There are many different methods teachers can use to create an environment that will help students learn, such as classroom arrangement, conducting yourself correctly, grouping students in a sensible way for each task, and also establishing a good rapport with students. The teacher must apply these techniques to create a learning environment for the classroom.

This, in turn, means that every student will respond and behave differently in the classroom. The spectrum is vast: From the student who is "all in" and engages in every single, ever so small activity and raises their hand to each question. To the student who remains silent the entire lesson and if asked to e.g. read a text out loud, will read so quietly that it is barely audible. Our job as a teacher is to respond to our students... Why Learning Grammar is Crucial for the Society
In any language, grammar is the collection of structural rules that properly arrange the configuration of phrases in a speech, oral or written (syntax). It is the guidance of a language, describing how we are supposed to work with the structure of the words (morphology) to accurately communicate what we want or need. In other words, it provides the rules for the common use of a language, allowing us to better understand each other.

Effectiveness of Teacher Confidence and Skill
A classroom can be a daunting environment for a teacher. They have been placed as the responsible leader of a classroom, and it is their duty to ensure that the students leave with something. Specifically, in an ESOL classroom, teachers feel that there is a lot of pressure to not fail the students. To assuage this anxiety, teachers must find security in their confidence. They have trained, and they have the knowledge to succeed. By relying on the information that they know, they can create a learning environment that provides comfort for everyone.

Is Punishment Still Reasonable in Class?
Teaching as a general concept is a word derived from "to teach" which means to instruct, it means a process in which one individual makes something known to another individual, it is a system of actions intended to produce learning. As Morrison said, "teaching is intimate contact between a more mature personality and less mature one which is designed to further education of the later".

Choosing an Online English Teaching Platform
There is no one way to teach English online, there are programs where the teacher doesn't have to do much aside from showing up given that the lessons are pre-planned like with Qkids and VIPKid, which I'll call company-centered programs because the company sets the curriculum. While other programs, such italki, and Palfish, rely on teacher-created lesson plans, which may be more stressful for the teacher, but ultimately are a great boon for the students they teach as the lessons can be tailored to each student, I'll refer to them as teacher-centered programs because of that. Each has its merits and I will discuss some of them here for you now.

Rocket Science of Being a Teacher
Teachers are arguably one of the most important figures in society. They are the people that shape and influence society. Teachers have been around since the beginning of time. Some remarkable teachers, such as Jesus and Buddha, continue to leave their influence on society today. Many great teachers have similar qualities. It doesn't matter where they came from. What made them great was that they had a passion for what they taught, led by example, and had a sincere desire to make a difference. In my opinion, the role of a teacher is to have these three qualities and the rest will follow.

How do Business English Learners Differentiate From Other Learners?
Firstly, the major difference between Business English learners and other learners is that they are by default adults, which means that you are dealing with people who have a higher degree of maturity, come to learn out of choice vs. being told they must, and have greater attention spans, which means that as a teacher the materials I put together and the challenges I set out for my students must reflect their current reality. Because they are adults and are most probably working a full-time job and coming to learn English in the early morning and evenings, they may be preoccupied with adult issues at home, they may have been out of the educational classroom... When you learn your first language, you take in that language in a very natural and organic way compared to the way you might obtain your second language. The first language you learn is what you hear from infancy as you grow up, as it's the language you hear at home, on tv, at school and etc. And your second language will mostly be something you are taught in classroom which is not the same type of experience that you get from learning in your actual living environment.
