Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

During this unit I learned different ways of evaluating students' levels and progress, as well as some of the common external exams that you may need to prepare your students for. Assessment is an integral part of instruction as it determines whether or not the goals of education are being achieved. Assessment affects decisions about grades, placement, advancement, instructional needs, curriculum, and in some cases, funding. In this unit conditionals are explained in a very good way, giving examples to fully understand how to use them. Togheter with the examples given there is the description of how mixed conditionals can be used in English and how many mistakes students generally do using those. There are also exemples of teaching ideas that Teachers can use in the class, such as split sentences, or nuclear bunker role play which is really fun.
