Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

Unit 14 taught the different course work and materials we can use in order to have the most productive class possible. We learned about the positives and negatives of teaching out of a course book. I also learned about other items and techniques to supplement the course book. I learned of techniques such as role playing cards that keeps the class interesting and the students involved and engaged. This unit reviews the different types of learners in regards to class variations, students' ages, and English language levels. It overviews different methods of teaching depending on different situations, potential problems, and a variety of other aspects a teacher should be aware of in different teaching situations. Most of this was purely review, but it does help to have these things reiterated.
