Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit really really really OPENED my eyes to the real world about teaching english to everybody. It's not an easy job apparently. The only reason I wanted to learn how to become a teacher is because it is my long life dream. This unit could have been better by a long shot. Making sure that all questions are harder to the trained eye. Not all about remembering stuff. It's about how you proceed with the teaching methods. These grammar points, although not that easy to understand, are important especially for higher level students as they allow to express in more details some ideas. It is the case with modal verbs or the passive voice allows to shift the focus from the \"doer\" to the action. Phrasal verbs are also a great example of the richness of English as prepositions can change the meaning of a verb (look up, look after, look for...).
