This will affect his or her implementation of the lesson and class control, Students can use times like these to become disruptive. Hence we see why lesson planning is important.
In addition to this, a teacher who develops the habit of composing lesson plans can overcome hi or her nervousness and insecurity. It also promotes a healthy learning environment. The teacher can manage his or her time well. The constant practice will help the teacher to become more aware of the students. The students will be given an assessment task and the teacher can see how well they manage and use it to guide future planning.
