AEC is an English centre in Hanoi, Vietnam. Now we have big requirement for native English speakers at our centre.

Major jobs of native English speakers at our centre are to teach English for learners; and to advise and support us with teaching methodology, textbooks and curriculum at our centre.

Native English teachers or Head teacher at our centre can get salaries based on two-sided agreement between our centre and teachers.

To be accepted at our centre, teachers should meet some demands as follows:
- to be native English speakers from the U.S.A, the U.K, Australia, Canada or New Zealand.
- to have University/College Qualifications; or and to have TESOL, TOEFL or IELTS certificates.
- to be enthusiastic to the job of teaching.
- To be from 20 and over.

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

 

Unit 19 went over the best ways to teach special groups of students such as individual students, beginners and learners interested specifically in business English. Each of these categories tends to have its own set of challenges as well as effective techniques for teaching. Since I will largely be teaching beginners and young students, this unit was especially helpful to me and I appreciated all the tips and suggestions.I have learned how important it is to properly addressed teaching productive skills to students learning the English language. I learned the common problems students may encounter, the different methods of approach in order for them to improve on these skills. I also learned how to properly incorporate it into the ESA structure of teaching and it gave me a glimpse as to how I should make lesson plans regarding this topic.
