Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

Honestly, this unit was kind of hard. Maybe it is because I am so busy lately dealing with family problems that I could not keep up with the lessons the way I've initially planned. Anyway, I was still abled to learn/review some of the techniques surrounding the different ways to teach new language. To me, the be biggest gain was to be forced to review ESA Straight Arrow, Boomerang'ESA, and Patchwork ESA lesson techniques.Gone are the days when teachers used to rule the classrooms and students are expected to just listen to the teacher and speak up when asked to. All the methods above, with the exception of PPP, have lesser teacher talk time than most traditional forms of teaching. I also noticed that these methods make the learning environment interesting considering all age groups especially the young leaners with a low concentration span.
