Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

Going through the unit and having a refresher course on why it is I speak and write in the manner that I do, i.e. the rules and structure behind it, helped me realize how truly difficult this could be for those seeking to learn the language, or any other than their own for that matter. I truly enjoy grammar, and I think this has helped me narrow down what level of learner I would like to teach. This is the final unit and it covers troubleshooting some problematic situations in the English classroom and how to deal with them most effectively. Until this, I hadn't considered the issues around a \"first lesson\" or having to use any \"warmers\" but these are great ideas. The task sheet's tasks are particularly useful in this final unit as it asks for a lesson plan for a first time class.
