Duties:

- to prepare a weekly detailed lesson plan (the co-ordinator would give you some support)
- to organize and to prepare school holidays and events (Carnival, Halloween etc)
- to attend training sessions and meetings

This was a great section! It's so useful to learn all the rule as I know the way things should sound but have never really taken the time to find the rules. It's interesting to think about the complexity of our language. A basic recap would be that we have 3 main tenses; Past, present and future with 4 sub categories being; simple, continuous, perfect, perfect continuous. For a total of 12 tenses.There are a variety of learners, hence this unit helps teachers to adapt their teaching according to the different group of learners. For instance the methodology used to teach the beginners cannot be the same for those who want to learn business English. So having done the level test and the needs analysis, teachers may know how to effectively adapt their teaching for the benefit of the learners.
