Teach EFL in Suratthani (Thailand).

From unit 1, I got how to be a good teacher and what about the teacher’s responsibilities in class are. However, the first thing is to know which leave and which age about the learners. For increasing the learners study English, I have to design and to manage courses. For example, I can follow the learner’s life experience, behavior problems, even and culture background, to build up a good studying place.In this unit I have got to know a lot about managing classes for example: eye contact and gestures, using students’ names when it is correctly to do at the beginning of the question or at the end of the question, arrangement of the classroom and how to establish rapport with students. I have also learnt how to set up pair/group work and its advantages/disadvantages and maintain the discipline in the classroom.
