Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

Unit 19 emphasizes different types of classes a teacher can experience during his or her work. Teaching beginners, individual students, teaching children, English for business, or teaching in monolingual or multilingual class - all these require special skills and flexibility from a teacher. How to manage and how to plan these classes focusing on the needs of the students is what I consider very important in this unit.In this unit, I did learn ways of teaching new vocabularies and how I what activities I could use for the Engage, study and activate stages.Overall, this unit is about teaching new a new language. For example, how to select and teach new vocabularies, what to consider and what not to consider. Also, was techniques for teaching new grammatical structures. It was also nice to have an idea about the functions of a language.
