Energetic Teacher Wanted to Teach TEFL in southern Thailand.

Lesson planning is at the heart of being an effective teacher. It gives us prospective teachers the opportunity to think deliberately about our choice of lesson objectives, the types of activities that will meet these objectives, the sequence of those activities, the materials needed, how long each activity might take, and how students should be grouped. Teachers can reflect on the links between one activity and the next.This unit introduced to me the various roles of teachers, widely used ranking systems for English levels, the main differences between adult and child learners, and potential motivations for students. As a result, I became aware that many different factors should be taken into account when determining how to plan for a class, including the age, motivation, starting English level, and cultural background of one's students.
