Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

In this unit, I learned how to organize the class to achieve the student's goal and make them feel comfortable to communicate in English. Mainly for a business teacher, the objective is the student learn what the teacher wants to teach and teacher should know all the case studies to success. This unit was so clear and easy to understand all of these topics that will make the learning process easier and specific.Over the course of this unit, I learned more about instructional strategies and explored the differences between errors and mistakes. This unit outlined different activities that I found helpful when deciding what instructional strategy works best for me. I do believe that this unit was helpful in regards to the exploring how students make mistakes and the major differences between a massive error and a mistake.
