Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit was very helpful in many ways as it taught us how to teach and approach students from different backgrounds and different level of their English. It was very helpful to see how we can make lessons more enjoyable and fun for those that are not yet at their peers level of English speaking . We saw how those students on different levels can still be so very productive as whole group but working together as a team .This unit was about some advanced grammar including modals, phrasal verbs, and passive voice. These kinds of grammar are mostly for advanced students and often require a lot of explanation, so it is important for teachers to be able to explain them in simple terms. Modals in particular come up frequently even in intermediate level classes and require a lot of examples and explanations before students totally grasp them.
