Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit was very interesting due showing the contrast between the teacher attidute, level of engagement in the lesson, rapport in both lessons. Also it helped me to understand the ESA model better because I could see it \"in action\". The first lesson showed me which errors I should try to avoid while teaching English to students. It also confirm my opinion about the need of teaching English pronunciation in more effective way.I didn't necessarily find this module difficult because I'd like to think that I have a good understanding of reported and indirect speech. Although the rules might seem complicated time to time, grammatically I shouldn't be getting these questions wrong. I will admit though that I did sometimes struggle between identifying whether a certain question or sentence belonged to 2nd conditional or 3rd. The lines can get blurred a bit.
