Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

Learning to break down a sentence correctly into it's different parts of speech, and in what manner to use these different parts, is the most crucial part in learning English. With so many rules and exceptions to rules, example work would be an effective manner of teaching the students the different parts of speech as it will allow them to recognize the differences, and distinguish where there are exceptions to rules. This unit discussed some of the advantages, issues, and disadvantages of each type of teaching aid and piece of equipment available for use in the classroom. With the exception of discussing course books (covered previously), an in depth look at the items was presented. The specific resource books, dictionaries, and online sites for learning and media that were given will be a great asset for preparation and reference.
