INTERSECT SFL is seeking an enthusiastic teacher
for a one-year contract beginning Dec 23rd, 2006

Intersect SFL is a private English conversation school
with relaxed, playful and energetic atmosphere.
You would love it if you are a creative teacher!

Students range from children to adults.

*Working hours are generally from 2:00 to 9:00 pm,
Monday to Thursday and Saturday
*Some classes are held outside regular working hours.
*Friday and Sunday are always vacation days.
*More than 3 weeks paid holidays a year.

Requirements.
*The teacher must obtain or posses a working holiday visa
or currently resides in Japan with a valid visa.
*BA (preferable), ESL experience
& experience teaching both children and adults.
*Enjoy being with children. Must be energetic, creative and enthusiastic.
*A week paid training.

Pay/ Benefits.

The unit has been very informative as regards the methodology of learning as much much as the simplified method of learning through the ESA methods.Basically opening up to very teacher the idea method for every phases. Finally it thought about the importance of feedbacks and the very corrective means available to a teacher in order to be able to achieve his /her goals as in impacting desired knowledge in the learnersThis unit discussed the different theories and strategies in teaching English. Different techniques have advantages and disadvantages. Each technique discussed in which level of learners are those appropriate. Among the techniques Constructivist or showing real objects can be taught used in teaching young learners. Engage, study and Activate is one of most effective approach can be used in dealing with the learners.
