British American Language Academy in Naples, Italy, is seeking energetic English Speaker instructors who can deliver quality lessons to both young learners and adult students. Our teachers main responsibility is to help students understand English, speak it and be able to read and write it as well as prepare them for ESOL examinations. We are looking for EFL instructors who are committed and have genuine interest in teaching. The ideal candidate is friendly, motivated and works well in a team oriented environment.
DUTIES:
Creating a vibrant teaching atmosphere
Evaluating students' class work and assignments.
Preparing classroom and coursework materials, homework assignments, and handouts
Classroom management
Developing English lesson plans in line with the CEFR
Maintaining discipline in the classroom
Recording and maintain accurate student attendance
REQUIREMENTS:
CELTA/TEFL/TESOL certificates or equivalent
Teaching experience preferred
Plenty of passion, energy and patience
Planning and organizational skills
Ability to work in stressful situations and under pressure
