Cork English College was founded 40 years ago by our present Managing Director, Valery Cullen. We are a family-run organisation that takes great pride in the service and personal contact we provide for each of our clients. CEC are recruiting suitably qualified EFL teachers for work in their adult school in Cork. Full-time positions are available for immediate start and for summer school positions starting at various times through spring.

All teachers must have a primary degree and a recognised TEFL qualification such as Cambridge CELTA, TESOL, TEFL, ACELS CELT or equivalent with 120+ hours and 6 hours of observed teaching. Experience is preferred but not essential. Short term temporary positions are also available.

A summary of classroom management activities. Knowledge of the best practices and how to organize the classroom environment is an essential skill every TEFL educator must possess. Child motivation comes in various forms and it's important for the teacher to use his natural attributes and good organizational skills to get the best out of learners. Overall, this unit was equally useful.The use of right teaching aids is essential in order to maximize the effectiveness of the learning process. This unit provided me with many tips in terms of how to utilize the modern technology and thus motivate the students to learn to the best of their abilities. Tips given how to use each equipment were very helpful for me and I hope to take advantage of it in my practicing career.
