Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

I learned that I do not remember as much as I thought I did from middle school and junior high English classes. For example, I do not remember going over the order of adjectives nor what gerunds are. I do believe that those who learned in British schools may have a harder time with unit than those of us from American schools, and we must be more sensitive with students learning the intricacies of the English language.Materials in the classroom should always be considered for their relevancy and not just how they can save the teacher planning and lesson time. To ensure that children are getting the most from material it should be supplemented with relevant materials from the teacher. However, it should be noted that not all children can afford to buy course books, and so materials therefore will have to be catered to the situation.
