Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit is based on teaching receptive skills such as listening and reading. In my opinion, learning vocabulary words is a huge asset in learning a new language and I think that's were receptive skills are essential to have. The students need these skills to in order to understanding what they're reading about and build their critical thinking skills. This unit was very helpful with the sample lesson included.Within this unit it shows that there are certain points to conciser when selecting new words and structures with in the English language. It also explains how a teacher should present a new part of the English language and what type of ESA structure is the best based on the previous unit we did on ESA. This unit thus bring not just one point across but also bring preivous units in and how to use the units together.
