TEFL in China - Southern

The unit reflects the structure of lesson planning at all stages: lesson aim, a working guide with a logical structure and documentation of lesson as a final feedback. Personally, I see the methodology presented in this unit as an excellent and practical way to plan and submit a lesson. But just as written in the introduction, teacher’s flexibility is necessary to maximize the results, based on personal advantages of each teacher.This unit has helped me understand more about the cultural differences worldwide and specific approaches to teaching students in different regions of the world. It's also been useful with the resources for seeking and applying for and maintaining employment with a bank of questionnaires to use during interviews and when seeking employment. Thank you for including a webliography of many contacts that will be useful throughout my career.
