I learned about the importance of planning a lesson and what should be included in a lesson plan. We must anticipate the number of students, their English level, how much time there would be for each lesson, what kind of activities we would choose to each ESA phase, etc. We could also keep a record of the things we must improve for the next lesson and which activities were the most successful helping students to understand it.The content of the unit is really helpful for teachers to understand how many problems they should think about to be successful with their job.
The problems like how to maintain the discipline or how to use eye contact, gestures and voice present the greatest interest.
I was really glad to know that eye-contact, gestures and voice can be used for so many different purposes and hope I myself will learn how use these properly.
