The Unit 6, contains methods and a brief review of the past tenses which are one of the most important grammar topics in the process of learning English. Therefore, is important for teachers to have a solid knowledge of this grammar and a proper method to teach this so the students can produce more sentences by themselves, tell stories and be more specific in the daily conversations. This unit goes trough the past tenses in english, which includes past simple, past continuous, past perfect and past perfect continuous. For each type of past tenses, tenses form, usages, common mistakes/errors and sample activate teaching ideas were described with appropriate examples. Moreover, the regular and irregular verbs were mentioned and highlighted for better understanding.
