One such facility of e-Serve is the Global Contact Center in Mumbai, which provides a variety of offshore solutions to customers across the United States through voice and electronic media.
We are looking for people from the US who can coach and train our agents in linguistics and American culture and who are willing to work with us on a contractual/ temporary/ permanent basis. This would help bring about a seamless integration of our customers’ requirements and our solutions, thereby enhancing the customer service experience. This position is based out of Mumbai, India. Apart from an attractive compensation package we will provide free accomodation and reimburement of all travel related expenses for the selected candidate.
