This unit provides a lot of useful methods for teaching a class to students of different levels. I can see how important to actually allow students to make a mistake, let them realise it and correct it themselves. It's interesting to know why correction should not be done all the time. Also, the suggestions for games/activities for the 3 stages os ESA are brilliant. This is a very important chapter.This unit covered the positive and negative things about using a course book in the classroom. Using a course book isn't always up to the teacher, but can serve as a guide. It is important for a teacher to not rely solely on the course book for teaching and to supplement, omit, replace, and adapt where necessary. It's important to keep the specific students in mind in order to meet their needs best.
