Motivation is a Latin word. The root word mot means âmoveâ.It is on this motivationally Latin roots precast to through many English vocabulary words that have most them. Teachers should establish good relations with students. The relationship between teacher and student should be good and so the lesson becomes more fun and more instructive. The teacher makes eye contact with students. The student with eye contact focuses on lessons and this situation and in this case, it facilitates the student to understand the lesson. Also classroom seating is very important and also it is related to the seating arrangement for eye contact with students. Group working is important and working in groups increases motivation. The class should be silent because there should be no distance between students. On the other hand students should say about the course, but the teacher should keep it under control and cause chaos if not under control. There are two motivational maintenance strategies. Increasing studentsâ self-confidence.There are several ways to improve students' self-confidence.
Firstly the teacher believes the student will improve himself. In the later stages of language acquisition, the student needs to gain experience successfully and by distributing tasks everyone should do their part. also encouraging the student. Then understanding the lesson is very important for the student to reduce stress and anxiety in the course environment.
Secondly teachers can follow appropriate strategies to encourage students to evaluate and promote themselves. Say strategies can name, the teacher should encourage the student to strive, and thus good motivation of the student is observed to be very successful in feedback.
Finally teacher's motivating and developing methods are effective on students and also motivation has a key impact on establishing the relationship between student and teacher. If the students know what their goals are, the goal is easier and planned. Then activities in learning encourage students to learn and do not get bored. Therefore, the curriculum should be directed towards students' learning, and the teacher should learn to do learning with them.
