The teacher makes eye contact with students. The student with eye contact focuses on lessons and this situation and in this case, it facilitates the student to understand the lesson. Also classroom seating is very important and also it is related to the seating arrangement for eye contact with students. Group working is important and working in groups increases motivation. The class should be silent because there should be no distance between students. On the other hand students should say about the course, but the teacher should keep it under control and cause chaos if not under control. There are two motivational maintenance strategies. Increasing students’ self-confidence.There are several ways to improve students' self-confidence.
Firstly the teacher believes the student will improve himself. In the later stages of language acquisition, the student needs to gain experience successfully and by distributing tasks everyone should do their part. also encouraging the student. Then understanding the lesson is very important for the student to reduce stress and anxiety in the course environment.
Secondly teachers can follow appropriate strategies to encourage students to evaluate and promote themselves. Say strategies can name, the teacher should encourage the student to strive, and thus good motivation of the student is observed to be very successful in feedback.
