English Lesson - Like/As

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.

This unit was a little more complicated for me. While it taught me a lot, it was took me a bit more to understand all the forms and the different sentence and question structures. This will be a unit I will be focusing on more due to the complications I had with it. With a little more practice, I will be able to tah this subject to students and have a clearer understanding of it.This unit went over the basics of what students need to know when learning the grammar and vocabulary of a new language. This included going over the factors that influence students being able to learn them, what to teach the students so that they can be utilized properly, and activities that would be suitable for the ESA straight arrow, boomerang, or patchwork style of teaching.
