English Grammar - Future continuous - Usage - Teach English TEFL

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.

Unit is great, but can probably use some examples for Student talk time. There was a lot on Teacher talk time but no examples was given in relation to student talk time. With that being said the unit gave a lot of good examples of what to do and don't. Being able to make the connections and being able to listen and talk with the students and letting them give you feed back is great. This chapter discusses the different types of classes and settings English teachers may work in. From one-on-one lessons, to working with children, or teaching in corporate settings, this unit outlines how important it is for teachers to adapt their lesson to their audience. This unit also discusses student motivation, and provides some important information for managing the class.
