Teaching Speaking in an ESL Kindergarten
In teaching kindergarten level students, I find that three important aspects must be included in every lesson. Each lesson must contain parts that allow the students to "warm-up" their English skills, they must also have a chance to drill the vocabulary and target language, and lastly, the classes must have activities that give the students a chance to practice using their vocabulary and target language in a relatable activity.

What should I teach English beginners?
When teaching English to absolute beginners, it is pivotal to start with foundational elements. Begin with essential vocabulary - items like family names, household objects, basic adjectives, and common places. Introduce them to subject pronouns, commonly used verbs, and foundational sentence structures. While the challenge is real, many English teachers find this level especially rewarding. Remember, every word they grasp is a significant achievement, so using engaging and interactive methods can make the learning process enjoyable and effective.

It can be difficult, but it may also be one of the most enjoyable and gratifying language levels to teach. Every new word your students learn is important at this level, and the greatest approach to teaching it is to be as creative and funny as possible.

Teaching is not generally a lucrative profession, because in Africa we have strange financial priorities. But there are so many countries out there that make teaching quite a better living particularly teaching the English language as a foreign language. I don't think and neither do I believe that one can just wake up and call himself or herself into a particular field without training. Fully ingrained should one be, call himself or herself an English language teacher and this can not be achieved without education.

Why a Teacher Must Motivate Students
As a teacher, keeping students motivated in the classroom is the most important thing in teaching any subject. A motivated student is a positive student and a positive attitude from everyone in the classroom, including the teacher, can change the entire learning experience and ease quite a bit of tension for everybody. Keeping students motivated can be extremely tough for everyone, not just the teacher but the students as well. The teacher also has to understand your students' level, their interests, and their reason for learning English to keep them motivated.
