Lesson planning is a very vital part of teaching. I've learnt that we need to keep track of everything that happens with in the classroom eg. anticipated problems. This allows you to prepare for any future challenges and how to ensure the lesson runs smoother. by allocating a time to each lesson, you also predict roughly how long you will spend with the children, and this allows you to manage your day better.I've learned that planning a lesson is important for teachers to be more flexible to the needs of the students most especially for the inexperienced teachers who may have a difficulty on what lesson to conduct in class. Lesson planning is beneficial as it is able to give us a record or history of our lessons. This record may also be used as a reference by a substitute teacher whenever you are absent in class.
