Watching the videos, there is a clear difference when a lesson is taught effectively versus ineffectively. In the first video, the teacher is very closed and treats teaching more like a 'job' where you put one thing in and get another thing out. In the second, he seems more concerned with making the students comfortable with him and their peers and guides them effectively in the lesson. This lesson taught about effective ways to teach and understand the functions of the conditional speech in English. This lesson I have found quite challenging, because many of the answers for reporting sound correct. I tried reviewing this topic more, but am still not sure and find some things unclear. I think this lesson needs more in the written portion to read it and study it better.
