This was an interesting unit and gave insight into the varied types and ages and cultures of students of English Language. It would be interesting to teach business English to motivated people. But it is very true the teacher cannot envisage hurdles which students may face. A good bit of advice was when things are not right at home you should not interfere but pass the information on to admin to handle.This lesson summed up every day and first day problems of classes. These are unavoidable situations and in certain ways we have to be prepared to give working tools to get the class move again/forward. Also being flexible is important because there are no two same situations. Once you start teaching these \"people\" skills will develop but coming back to this script is helpful to give you working ideas.
