Do you want to teach English in Istanbul? New York Studio of Languages has opportunities in Istanbul for TEFL qualified teachers who are capable of teaching all levels. We were the franchisee of the Berlitz in Istanbul and are welcoming our 15th year in language teaching business, with our new brand name “New York Studio of Languages”. We have been providing quality education in all languages with more than 160 experienced native speaking teachers and Turkish personnel.

The successful applicants will teach classes of 7-10 students 20-30 hours per week. We provide shared accommodation, work permit, residency permit and social security contributions. We will also meet you at the airport and take you to your accommodation.

Candidates will:

• be a native level speaker of English,

• have professional maturity

• have cultural sensitivity

• have excellent organizational and communication skills

• be willing to teach adults, teenagers and children at all levels

• have an advantage if they have a degree in Law, Business or Medicine

In this chapter, the good teacher is needed to have to motivate their students when they face the problems in English Lessons. This is because students' motivation is counted on the teacher encouragement. Therefore, teachers should concern the students need in the classroom. In addition, Teacher should have strong knowledge in English. This is because they provide correct answers to students.This was a fun and interesting unit. It taught me the different mediums in which teachers can teach across, furthermore it taught me the pros and cons of using each piece of equipment. I feel that students will benefit from teachers using a wide range of teaching equipment in the classroom, especially for younger students who require mediums that would capture their attention more effectively.
