Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit looked at the seven most common future tenses, i. e. the future simple, the future continuous, the future perfect, the future perfect continuous, Be going + infinitive and the present simple. Though I have been using these tenses in my daily conversations with students, i never bothered to find out the conditions under which each of these sentences are properly used. I have learnt a lot about these conditions in this unit.I was glad that a video lesson was included. The difference between the two videos certainly helped to see how much the teacher's attitude and approach could affect the whole lesson. In the first video, the students looked like they did not want to be there and the teacher gave off that vibe, too. In the second, there was noticeably more smiling and participation. I laughed when he did the clapping because I do that often when I teach.
