UKLA Academy is looking for native ELT teachers with university degrees and recognized TEFL qualifications (CELTA or equivalent) to teach General English, TOEFL, Business English and English for Academic Purposes. Experience outside of the English teaching field is an advantage. We are offering full time positions (approximately 25 hours per week) to teach a variety of levels. The suitable candidate should be energetic, self-motivated, flexible, and able to work as part of a team. He or she will receive the following:
- Orientation including collection from Istanbul Ataturk Airport
- Basic Turkish lessons
- A furnished, shared apartment

I have learnt about all the Present tenses, specifics of their usage, and in what ways they are different from each other. I've also familiarized with lots of exercises, activities and tasks that can be given in a class in order to make the lesson understandable, effective and fun. The most useful part of this unit is that it explains all the differences among four Present tenses very well and provides many suitable examples.1. The personality of the teacher is very influential in helping the learner get motivated and the volition to study English, however, the focus should be on the learner rather than the teacher.
2. individual students strengths and needs should be accessed to help the teacher tailor activities to their specific needs.
3. understanding the various language levels helps the teacher and the learners to plan suitable lesson plans
