In this lesson I learned about the basic roles of a learner and a teacher. The 6 areas of a good learner are to listen, experiment, question, think, correct and learn. Good teachers are managers, organizers, assessors, and prompters. They are patient, social, caring and really good at encouraging learners along the way. The levels of learning are beginner, elementary, pre-intermediate, intermediate, upper intermediate, and advanced.In this Unit 3 called Course Development, I have learned the different kind of levels that there are, such us putting each kid in a category. There are some limiting factors between your employer, time constrains, resources, cultural issues and students. It also teaches you how to design a syllabus giving an example as a reference to help you understand it better. It is the most important the assessment of students and the examinations.
