The school, based in Taoyuan, Taiwan, specializes in giving elementary school students a strict environment in which to learn basic English skills. Our intensive, after-school program is designed to give students a strong foundation in all areas of the language. Our students are more confident and better prepared to continue learning English in school and later in life.

The school offers excellent opportunities to learn Chinese while earning a salary. You don't need a good Chinese ability, but must be interested in learning Chinese.

The age of students ranges from 7 to 13. The school is looking for responsible, hard-working, at least one-year term ESL teachers to teach in a strict environment (No songs and games) with a pre-set curriculum.

Class sizes vary from 15-24.

Salaries start at NT$900 per hour, year-end bonus, health insurance, and work permit.

Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit is about Class Management. It is very interesting as it gives tips on how to organize the class, the different ways that can be used to group students, your eye contact and gestures as a teacher, classroom arrangement, how to write on the board without losing their attention, how to give instructions, the proper amount of time you and students should talk, hot to maintain discipline and to build rapport. The final unit deals with potential problems a teacher might face in the classroom. From this unit I have learned about effective ways of dealing with these difficulties. The most valuable to mind are regarding the first class, building rapport and warmers. The first impressions of the teacher and his style of teaching could be imperative to success of classroom management methods and students progress in general.
