Teach TEFL in Taoyuan, Taiwan

In this chapter I learnt that the children will trust you if you are consistent, clear in establishing the rules from day one and consistent in applying them. Refuse to go on teaching until your rules are applied. If you are inconsistent, if you yell at the children or lose your cool, suddenly punish a child unexpectedly, put them down, be sarcastic or embarrass them, they will know that they cannot trust you.Another useful reminder and revision of various forms of Future tense. I am finding the constant information in the usages and individual examples given for them very useful indeed. Something I had not taken too much notice of during my past teachings. I can see why the course will benefit potential teachers, ranging from having little or no experience to experienced, in teaching the English language properly.
