Life in Spain: What will you do?
Lead conversational activities with students, plan lessons, and share your culture and language through engaging and fun activities!
Enjoy a flexible 4-day workweek for maximum freedom = more time to travel!
Earn a monthly stipend of €800–€1,000 for 14-16 hours of work per week, depending on the region and placement, all managed by the Education Regional Authorities.
Requirements to join Gloading:
Have a passport from the US, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand
Hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, NQF7, Associate’s, or equivalent in any subject, or be enrolled in at least the second year of your university degree
Be under 59 by January 1st, 2027
TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred
Have a clean background check, as you’ll be working with minors
Never taught before? No problem. Zero teaching experience required.
