Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

English language has several conditionals, but five main are: zero conditional, first conditional, second conditional, third conditional and mixed conditional. In this unit I have learnt their form and usage. When it comes to direct and reported speech, the difference between these two types is: - direct speech repeats or quotes the exact word spoken, - reported or indirect speech is usually used to talk about the past.In this unit, I have learned how to teach pronunciation and phonology. The unit started by explaining what phonology is. The next thing was explaining intonations and their teaching techniques. After intonations, the next thing was explain stress and its teaching techniques. The next was phonetic alphabet and their symbols. The final part of the unit was about the mouth diagram and how to use it to explain articulation.
