Classroom management is more than black and white. Learning and studying ideas and past theologies is of great importance and gives the new teach an idea of correct classroom management but it really comes from within. A good attitude and strong personality goes a long way. This of course coupled with a good knowledge of the subject matter all contribute to a successful class and learning. The ESA lesson planning tool is a new concept for me, which is very clear and easy to use. I have never thought of the difference of mistakes and errors but thought they were the same so I understand now the differences between these. There are many activities you can use in a lesson but you need to take care as to the order of your lesson so you don't use these at an inappropriate time.
