this was a very much detailed unit in which i reviewed the ESA which i already have done in TEFL. but as a whole i learnt how to tackle with business clients.As there are personality clashes sometimes which has already happened to me. so now i know how to be more targeted and general to not let the business clients annoyed. I also have learnt how to cope with the language skills like reading, writing, listening and speaking.This unit provided an overview on conditionals. There are five conditional forms: zero conditional, first conditional, second conditional, third conditional, and mixed conditional. These forms seem challenging to teach and distinguish between, mostly because as a native English speaker I naturally use the conditional without thinking about the forms. This unit also discusses the difference between direct and reported speech.
