Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit reflected specific groups of students a TEFL teacher might have in their classroom. It gives examples of what you should or should not do when it comes to teaching each specific special group. The business group had a lot of focus so that a teacher can understand what each business student is looking for in their lessons. This was achieved by learning about their industry through conversation and by using a need analysis. This unit focuses on all aspects of future tense. It displays clearly the usage of each tense and when to use them. Using all this information allows for the creation of classroom charts and diagrams to show students clearly how to use the future tense, and in what situation to use it most appropriately. Grammar is often difficult for students to grasp, but the information and suggested classroom games and activities is beneficial.
