Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching.

This unit covered teaching new languages. It was good to see the steps for teachers to keep in mind for selecting vocabulary and what things are necessary for the students to learn it. It also gave good examples of the different ESA methods to use in class to help the students lean new vocabulary and grammar easily. Overall it was clear and to the point of the things a teacher needs to know when teaching new vocabulary and grammar.Verb tenses are among the most complicated aspects of the English language and as such frequently provide students with much difficulty. Being able to teach students the correct and proper usage of the various tenses will help them speak English more fluently and be better understood. Present tenses are used to convey what is currently true, what is currently happening, or what is currently true or happening because of past events.
