Required Qualifications
· BA or equivalent in English, Elementary Education or related field· Verifiable teaching qualifications· Native-speaker proficiency in target instructional language (English).
Preferred Qualifications
· At least two years of full-time teaching experience.· International and/or independent school experience

· Possess outstanding teaching skills and pedagogy appropriate for young children· Demonstrate excellent communication skills· Be able to integrate varied activities that develop language, motor, and cognitive skills into the daily educational needs of students· Foster cross-cultural understanding within the classroom and curriculum· Have a good ability to use IT to support teaching and learning· Be able to create a positive learning environment that is rich in structure, developmentally appropriate and academically rigorous· Demonstrate understanding of, and dedication to, childhood social, emotional and intellectual development within an international school setting
The Role:
A teacher at The International European School Warsaw is expected, but not limited to, the following expectations:
· Effectively teaching several classes in English, including planning appropriate lesson preparation and assessing and evaluating students as necessary.· Collaborate with fellow staff members· Communicate appropriately with parents· Performing snack, lunch, break and other teacher duties.· Contributing to the wider life of the School in areas such as special projects and presentations, Open House, parent-teacher meetings and planning field trips.· Maintaining familiarity with the appropriate curricula and current teaching trends and developments.
